Salem Station 9

We opened in the City of Salem in the third quarter of 2006. EMT purchased the former Clemente Ambulance service building on South Lincoln Avenue and began to serve the City of Salem's 911 system.

We soon expanded our services to the many fine medical facilities in the area and increased our staffing and units to accommodate their needs without compromising our 911 responsibilities to the citizens.

We operate without any tax support of any type! We are supported in part by our "members" through our Life Link ambulance membership program, which has been a huge success in Salem, where we have one of the largest membership bases in our service. If you live in Salem and are interested in our membership program, please call and have an application sent to your home.

In May of 2008 we purchased the former Gold Cross-Metro building on North Lincoln Avenue, (pictured above) which is much larger, and better suited to our needs.

To contact us in an emergency situation, call 911 and request "EMT" or we may be contacted directly at 330-332-3332, 24/7.
